Ingredients for Til ki Burfi Recipe
Sesame seeds (til) 1 cup
Ghee at room temperature 3 tablespoons
Khoya/mawa grated 1½ cups
Sugar ½ cup
Almonds chopped 5-6
Pistachios chopped 5-6
Method
Step 1
Heat a non-stick pan, add sesame seeds and dry-roast till light light brown. Set aside to cool. Grease an 8x6 inch tray.
Step 2
Heat ghee in a non-stick kadai. Add khoya and sauté on low heat till light pink and fragrant.
