Ingredients for Chocolate Peda Recipe
Dark chocolate grated ½ cup
Mawa (khoya) crumbled 2 cups
Sugar ¼ cup
Liquid glucose ¼ teaspoon
Cashewnuts halved horizontally 8
Method
Step 1
Heat a non-stick pan, add the mawa and sugar and sauté on low heat, stirring continuously, for fifteen minutes. Transfer into a bowl.
Step 2
Add the liquid glucose and chocolate and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
