  • Dark chocolate 250 grams

  • Fresh cream 250 grams

Method

Step 1

Heat cream in a non-stick pan till just warm.

Step 2

Take chocolate in a bowl. Add warm cream and set aside for 2 minutes.

Mix well till well blended.

Step 4

Store in airtight container and refrigerate or use as required.
