- In a vessel boil cabbage (1/2 cup), carrot (1/4 cup) and green peas (1/4cup) and grind them.
- In a bowl take boiled potato (250g) and mash them, add paste of carrot and green peas (1cup) mix this well.
- In another bowl take maida (1/4cup), corn flour (3sp), salt (2sp), red chilly powder (3sp), coriander leaves (1/4cup), garam masala (1sp) mix them well
- Now take vegetables paste and make cylindrical shape roll on the maida mixture and attach to the ice cream stick. Like this prepare all the lollypops.
- Heat oil (500ml) in a pan; deep fry the lollypops.
- Serve veg lollypops with tomato ketchup.
